Temperatures sure have been dropping in San Francisco and there is nothing that I would rather do than snuggle up with a warm blanket.

These beautiful blankets are from the Faribault Woolen Mill. For more than 147 years, they have been weaving wool products under one roof along the banks of the Cannon River in Minnesota. Even the wool itself is sourced from within the U.States The mill is in its fifth generation, producing items of quality, function, and simple beauty, by a small staff of craftspeople. It remains committed to ethical, domestic wool production, and celebrates one of America’s first and most storied textiles. (find more interesting history here)
