YES YOU CAN MAKE: HEALTHY YOGURT DIP


January the month when resolutions are made and sometimes broken. I am divided on resolutions--sometimes I like them and sometimes I wonder if they actually work. Regardless, I think that it is great  to always take a look at what you are eating and see how you can make it a little better for you. I saw Sarah's Instagram about yogurt dip for her apples and I was very curious.

I had all of the ingredients in the fridge so I whipped some up. Boy is it delicious--just the right amount of salty and sweet. I ate it on my english muffins this weekend and it tasted like such a decadent treat. I love when you can trick your brain into thinking something is naughty but it is actually quite good for you.

It is very simple: take a container of plain non-fat greek yogurt, mix with two tablespoons of peanut or almond butter (up to you how much you want to add), put about one tablespoon of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon. You can adjust the amount of ingredients you put in depending on how sweet/nutty/spicy you want it to be. MMMMmmm…delish.
