SPECIAL INGREDIENT: GREEK YOGURT


Greek yogurt is such an overachiever. It works in savory and sweet dishes. It seems rich and creamy but is actually good for you and fills you up with protein. I keep a tub in my fridge as a sour cream substitute and a perfect snack.

Here are a few of my favorite recipes that include yogurt. (Oh and go for the full fat kind. It will fill you up faster so you dont have to eat as much.)
