I dont know if you know this about me but my background is in marketing and advertising. I'm constantly keeping my eyes out for innovative and unique marketing ideas. With the growing popularity of user generated content, marketers have been integrating their brands into their consumer's daily lives and having a conversation with their consumers rather than talking at them.
That is why, when I saw this decorating idea from the genius folks over at CB2, I was so impressed and excited. They are creating the worlds first user-generated apartment. Basically they got 5 designers to lead the charge in curating items for people to vote on. Each day is a new room and every day it is designed live by the appointed designer. They already have the dining room and office done and the bedroom is being worked on today.
You can watch them put it together in real time.
Personally, I was most excited to see how SF local, Caitlin Flemming's (above) room turned out!
Cute, huh?! I can't get enough of this project. Tune in and vote today for bedroom pieces and tomorrow for living room.
Can I live here?!
