Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

YES YOU CAN MAKE: 3 INGREDIENT SIDE DISHES

Let's face it...the holidays are stressful enough. As the Christmas lights start to pop up, more and more invites come our way for potluck dinners (or at least that has been my experience).

Make your contribution equally parts beautiful and simple. I have put together three 3 ingredient side dishes below that you can whip up in about 40 minutes. So while you are blowdrying your hair and applying your makeup, your dish is already done.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate Seeds

Turn oven to 425 degrees. Cut brussels sprouts in half. Drizzle with regular olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 35 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle black truffle oil over sprouts and top with pomegranate seeds.

Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Put one bag of cranberries with one cup of sugar with zest and juice of one orange in a pot on medium heat. Cook until reduced into a thick sauce.

Roasted Potatoes with Parmesan

Using a mandolin, cut 3 potatoes into thin slices. Line up in a dish and pour over melted butter (2-3 tbsp). Add salt and pepper plus a generous dusting of parmesan over top of potatoes.
