YES YOU CAN MAKE: NON-CARDBOARD HEALTHY MUFFINS


You heard that right. You can make 100% whole wheat, no refined sugar, no butter muffins that ACTUALLY taste good. It's not April Fools yet, I promise. I discovered this recipe on one of my absolute favorite cooking blogs, Cookie and Kate and I can't stop making it.

The flavor and the moistness of the muffins far surpass previous healthy recipes I have made (cough, cough cardboard banana bread) The combo of coconut oil, applesauce, greek yogurt and maple syrup makes them super edible. Plus, because they are whole-wheat, they stick with you from breakfast to lunch.
